#1) Dieting:

By taking certain foods and replacing them with others, you will see a drastic decrease in your anxiety. Some foods that you would need to steer clear of would be:

- Caffeine
- Alcohol
#2) Realize the Worse is Not that Bad
This requires making a fundamental change in your mindset. When you feel a panic attack begining to surface, you can fight it simply by realizing that the worse is not that bad. Approach the situation with the mentality - "do your worse to me, it doesn't matter." People have actually cured their panic attacks using this technique. They develop a worried free mentality, and become panic free as well. It's definitely easier said than done, but it's still possible.
#3) Exercise Regularly
This helps to increase those chemicals called endorphins that naturally boost your relaxation and energy level. It just has you feeling good. The same happens when you diet well as well.
